Dear Friends
My diet ts consisting of only all above items since last 8 years but still I am over weight by 20 Kg .So all these research is false
My personal experience

Eggs !! must be Joking...
They got highest Cholestrol .. so you are closing in for a heart attack if you eat too much of Eggs.

I'm sorry to say Mr.Singh, but eggs are a must if you lack protein. I know one of my cousins who was really obese. Her doc gave her a diet plan with 'no white foods' ... meaning no white rice, no white flour, no milk, nothing white in color. BUT, she had to have an egg every day in d morning !!

Rule of thumb is this - anything consumed in small quantities are good for health. Learnt this d tough way !!

Every Indian eats these in various quantities. But still most of them have nice bellies including women.

Bottomline, input=output. If you eat all these foods and do not do anything to burn the fat, how the hell will it work.

The heading of fat burning food is a misnomer and misleading.

Please read the first 4 lines. These are more like fillers...u know, when u come home from work feeling really hungry, i bet u would love to grab something to eat right away - like fried foods, etc. Thats when, you should choose nuts / just a boiled egg / some sundal / soup. These really feel filling.

And, of course...no pain no gain...so people who would like to maintain their bod must do some physical activity.

i am diabetic my sugar level is 125 fasting and after meals is 135 i do walking for nearly 45 mints daily and cover roughly 5.5 to 6 kms and i go to gym 6 times a week for 45 mins pls suggest me diet plan which will help me in controlling mu sugar level more
i am 35 years old and take one tablet of xmetsr (500 mg) before breakfast pls suggest what i can do better in diet and other physical activites to control my sugar or this suffiecent

Dude are you seriously depending on us giving you advice about reducing your sugar levels??!!?!?!

Go to a doctor.

Exercise so you sweat, if after 45 minutes you look like a fresh flower, that means you haven't worked your body.

Start practising Yoga. All other remedies will only keep your sugar level in conrol but cannot cure diabetis completely.
However ,if you practice Yoga and certain 'Kriyas' regularly,you would permemnetly get rid of Diabetise. Please perform the 'Agnisaar' ,'Uddiyan' and the 'Nauli' kriyas in Yoga. Your Dibetise would get cured in just 2 months permennetly.It works like this.
All these 3 Kriyas are associated with makign the movement of the abdomenal muscles. It also created positive and negative pressure on the internal orans within the stomach stimulating them to perform at their peak performance. For instance,in case of Dibeties pateints,the Pancreas function normally generatign the adequate and effective amount of insulin that would burn the sugar in the blood,so automatically you are cured of your diabetise.
Thus Yoga works at the root level. However you need to practisce it regularly.

You can try one thing that I tried myself and got great results. Take one raw Bhindi (Ladies Finger), wash, cut in half and soak in one glass of water. In the morning, drink the water on empty stomach, discarding the Bhindi.
100% reduction in sugar levels. I'm having this since last one year and my sugar has been normal since.

My mom used to have the same sugar levels, then she started called Ceragym therapy, it's cell heating technique or something. She took it for 6-8 months I think 3 days a week and then she got her sugar level checked/monitored for one month. You would n't believe it but it's at normal level now.

Ceragem, is a useless technique. If you take ceragem continiously, your body will go weak. If you stop taking ceragem, sugar level again will increase. better avoid this
