I have done CS [company secretary] course, and trust me it just not worth the time. The efforts taken to complete the course, I wish I could have just put that in doing CA or some other course. With this course [CS], you would never get into the profile of finance. Its neither law based so you cant get into any LPO until you have done LLB.This course [cs] is just for Indian companies and trust me you got to find a good company for good exposure or you would end up conducting board meetings and preparing minutes and agenda. I would suggest never to take this course, instead take up management course at least you would be in the position to suggest, or else you would be a dummy in the board room wagging your head and thinking will this go into minutes.
u r a real indian boss. not like those who escape from india to US just for money and comfirt. only thing is just dont indulge urself in coruption. indian society need ppl like u who can clean the society. i salute u boss
