i am really sorry to bring this into focus and say that the line that says that scholarships and fee waivers is not really true. I currently persuing masters in Molecur Biology from university of queensland , and they dont have any kind of fee waivers or scholarships available for the international students thats really sad and disappointing. this is true for all the other unis here as well.

From the point of view of the parents, study abroad is a question mainly of funding, and where the money is going to come from. From the point of view of the children themselves, it is of the stuff dreams are made of. But from the point of view of the government, it is hardly desirable, because it is a backward step from the "brain-drain" era. The Indian government should set up a committee to report why masses of students are going abroad, and why universities cannot be set up to cater their needs within India itself.
