You want to eat more pesticide ridden crops like in china? You want to eat more GM crops like in china? India is more drier than china. India is more diverse in crops than china. So quality is preserved and quantity is not. China crop data is manipulated by govt there to promote exports.
Govt has never been pro-active- instead, Govt has always been reactive- only act when forced crisis situations. It took the humiliation and ignominy of the PL480 Grants to force govt into taking action on the agriculture front.

OR BE GENEROUS.........EMPOWER THEM AT WHATEVER POSITION OR POWER U ARE HOLDING......IT IS TRICKEL DOWN EFFECT OF ECONOMY WHICH ELTIMETLY TAKE THE NATION OF 1.5 BILLION ON TOP........IT WILL NOT THAT IF POOR WILL GET ROTI KAPRA MAKAN RICH WILL NOT BENEFITED........IF U ARE ON SLIPPER CLASS AND SPACE IS THERE ON UR SEAT ....IS IT ANY HARM IN ADJUSTING ONE OR TWO PEOPLE ......

Dokney..Norman Borlaug is the worst thing that happened to India. The aftereffects of eating Genetic modified food are now in front of us. That Norman fella is gone but has left dark impact on the lifes of poor. May god feed him his invention everyday in hhel.

Mind your words. Sic people like you create division among Indians. If there are few people of any region who do not take pride in being an Indian, it is their short sightedness and stupidity. You should not generalize this feeling and help them increase their number. We should learn from History and stop fighting with our brothers in the name of caste, religion or region. Just ignore it if you come across such people or such viewpoints. Always believe we are Indians and can achieve great things in life. It will surely take some time but do not give up hope. If human beings in America and other Western countries can bring progress then even we can. Have faith in yourself and fellow Indians. Thanks.

are tamilians really indians? We in Karnataka are ashamed to be associated as south indians with tamilians, telugus and mallus. They are dravidians. in fact, we in Karnataka are aryans.

It is really sad that people like you exist! But god created everyone equal and some people misuse or do not use their intelligence. A person who is a REAL hindu respects every faith, every person for what they are. First look at yourself before pointing fingers at others. Anyway what you think is actually a reflection of who you are! Pity this guy.
