I open a current ac in HDFC ,n request for cc 0f Rs 50 Lakes ,against my Property,They sanctioned only Rs 33 cc 12BG =45 .they charged a 1% of that, n complain that at time BG issue u can charge , now u should charge only on 33,they assured me that it will be reversed . After getting sanction letter i came to know that i can avail only 21 laces, then again i complain n request to reverse that extra charges . after 5 month i request to realese my rest amt but they not responding even my any mail/phone call. so guide me what to do
HDFC bank iddued me a CC loan of Rs 45 Laces n Sanctioned only 21 Laces ,for that they charged Processing fees on 45 laces. As on For there is no Processing Fees Bg by Any Bank but They Charged me. I complained many times but no responses n Even they not responding any phone call.

Respected Sir/Madam, This is regarding FD no 00825200048417 matured on 25/01/2010 and is in Banks custody because of dispute between joint holders. Joint letter was also given 08/06/2006 & on 20/01/2010 to release FD in favor of Zulfikar S. Velani . But bank did not release the FD without any proper reason and has never co-operated with me because they have intension to haress me . On 21/02/2013 both the parties have given a joint letter to release said FD and credit the amount in a/c no 00810400001589 in the name of Zulfikar S. Velani as ordered by honorable court.I was informed by DCB goregaon branch that FD is not renewed since jan.2010 and bank will not pay interest.
As said FD is with the bank for more than Ten (10) years and bank has never informed me that they will not pay interest because of dispute between the joint holders. I want to know in writing from the bank under which rule of banking bank has stopped the renewal.
Now as the matter is clear between the parties through Court, It is the duty of the bank to credit the FD along with the FD interest prevailing time to time till the amount credited in my a/c.
