hard work will be paid
by mohammed siaf on Mar 29, 2010 10:00 PM

I totally agree with Rana Kapoor. Look at Aamir Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Mammootty, Mohanlal, Kamal Hassan and Rajnikanth(some live examples). Just check the past of these people, you will understand how much hard work they have put to achieve this status. One more thing, If you believe in something you need to do hard work and never give up.

Luck by chance and success by chance is a very rare and one wouldnt really call it a success, morever such fame or wealth is never valued correctly either by the society or by the person who gets such wealth by chance. True success whether in terms of money or otherwise come from discipline, harwork ,ethics and moral values

..I learned after dealing 30 yrs of hard work in my life is that hard work bring success very rarely....to be sucessful you need a horse to ride upon and use it to your fullest extent...
and once u reached ur goal....find another horse to ride upon...to take u futher....

hope you ppl get the point... more than hard work u need a sweet speaking flattering tongue!and thats hard work!

I agree with you wholly...There is indeed substitue for hard work and it's "Sweet talking chamchagiri". So far, years of hard work has yielded nothing.

Really it needs hardwork
by Sachinder Kumar on Mar 17, 2010 09:29 AM

Hey, its all about hardwork. When u work hard from uneven time i.e. 8 to 11 in a start up, u will notice that ur personal life is imbalancing. So here need u a little bit of courage to continue and be different from other and believe in urself. then a time will come when u will be proud of ur luck which u got by hardwork

Why Indians depends on Foreigners for Technology?
by MGR on Mar 15, 2010 07:15 PM  | Hide replies

Indians virtually import all the Technology from abroad.
What ever the hard work we do, we can not develop our own technology.
Intelligent / Creative minded foreigners will not do hard work still they create wonders.

You are sadly mistaken (typical indian mentality)!!! There are a lot of North Americans who work just as hard or even more.........so don't go writing them off and blowing your own horn!!

Winners, satisfied & the losers!
by shiva on Mar 15, 2010 06:23 PM  | Hide replies

The headline can cause severe chemical reaction in some, but is a good base to gain momentum! Without hardwork, is like waiting for manna to fall from heavens!

One need to be smart & evaluate our life often. Most are easily satisfied, so it is their own choice at the levels they are in! The real losers are those who gripe endlessly but hardly make an effort to stir out of their comfort zones! That is no go!

More important is passion & focus. There are sacrifices involved for success. One need to be on the toes & cannot slack! Agreed, tough for most! So we drop out of the race before it begins!

Many feel envy & impute motives easily for those who get ahead of the pack. But forget the harsh discipline involved. China is the toast of the world! Give all raw materials & they will make the finished product in a jiffy! Go for tours, everything like clock-work. But we do not have the stomach for such discipline. It is their choice! We are ok by our democrazy, thank you & the endless griping & sniping from the side-lines, bringing those ahead! But hats off to those who just carry on & know they have it in them that others lack! Let them bark!

Things are much better now for us to get ahead. Alas, there is no perfect time to make the grand entry! In the worst of times, only Dhirubhai could outsmart all, left in the starting blocks!

Hail the achievers, anytime!!
