Agree with you completely . The more money a person has got ... the more corrupt he or she becomes ... and then its all about winning the race !!! be it at any cost whatsoever

What is wrong with BT brinjal? Your post does not list any pros and cons but just says she is a fraud just because she supported BT Brinjal. Just because she has made money does not mean she is greedy. Give us some data to believe you.
I suspect a lot of these jobs in India will be taken up by low skilled graduates with fake resumes coming from a particular state of India. No prizes for guessing which one.

The best minds in India are also produced by that state only dear. I am not defending the state but the fact is we are not appreciative but are bashers
Good educated people in India were always discouraged. These Bio-Tech professional will happily absorbed in Europe, US, Canada, US etc.
Ms Kiran, what you have done to improve the education for Bio-Tech graduate. You are interested in ROGUE party, where ur people can listen to your crap.
U can code by sitting in a hut. and do BPO job in a 30x40 site. But biotech needs the real infrastructure that India is lacking. BT Grads needs more practical experience than the theoretical knowledge . PhD with lots of Post doc Experience candidates are the best bet for these companies in India. But unfortunately, the well found politics of the company, unattractive salaries are he limiting factors for the foreign experience candidates.

There are thousands of candidates with lots of experience in some of these high science area of pharma/food/nutrigenomics who wants to return. But the companies in India cannot afford to pay the salary that hey demand. These companies are happy with some 10th Grade students and get work done from them by training...

This is true, but they only need a handful of PHd post-docs to staff the colleges that train their staff.

Thats a good one.!! But since they are not able to recruit well experienced candidates their innovative R&D is limited. They just restrict them self to some basic things that can be done by any trained people without proper education. what she is telling is also true. Indian BT grads are just some theoretically informed with no practical exposure.
