Anish,
I advise u one thing, if you think with your skills & calibar you can reach your boss position and the oppurtunity came just go for it. after all you are the better judge of your own skills. instead if you feel still i need to learn more then you will end up yourself in learning only not earning.

another bug is, it asks for email id and password to post comments, but actually it expects the user name and password.
