the author forgot to mention about Ram Raja temple for which Orchha is mainly known.Its the only temple in India where Rama,the presiding deity is in form of a king(Raam Raaja).Even today at the time of Aartis,two fully armed Policemen give Salami(Salute)to Raja Ram.The temple complex is majestic and so do the Aarti.So dont miss both whenever you visit Orchha.
This is really a good place to visit. I visited Orchha 5 years back and stay one night in Sheesh Mahal. Feel the heaven on earth that night seating on the roof of Sheesh Mahal.
