There is no escalation follow up carried out in Indian Government offices, Every Citizen should know the escalation matrix of all Depts, However we can see that feature in Indian movies but practically it is not possible

Same applies to taxes.
We are taxed multiple times... Income tax, Sales Tax, Petrol Tax, luxury tax, etc. The list is endless.
The solution is for the central government to curb spending, spin off liabilities (Air India for one), identify and eliminate waste and narrow down the role of government to Infrastructure, National security & law enforcement.
Stop dolling out money for any other issue. Let people keep their hard earned money and enjoy it. Let free market work.
