You have proof Mr Raja? It looks like the Congress is responsible for the wrong doings of the few selfish people in the banned Ayurveda Colleges where the syllabus and guidelines were flouted just to make money by your statement. It is not so Sir. You may hate the Congress. But you need to be objective in commenting on public platforms like this.
I think that we do not reach out to the alternative therapies like aurveda and homeopathy till the conventional medicines fail us. I have been benefitted n number of times by homeopathy, but whenever i have any small problem, i reach out to allopathy. the other systems do not seem to be reaching out to me. Dont know why?
India had the highest number of medical college in the world before the Firingies(Britishes) came to this land. They destroyed all the systems of indian education, medicine, industries everythings.Today during last 5 years again indian medical systems have been reviving. Allopathy is loosing ground contineously. We import around Rs. 6 Lacs Crore allopathic medicine every year. People and oganizations involved in education and medicine of allopathy are behind this agenda to nutralise ayurveda. Thre is huge shortage of faculties in all the IITs, Other medical college includig AIIMS, 1st stop allowing admission in these institutions and then show finger to the Ayurvedic Institutions.
The problem of lack of facilities in Ayurved colleges is old.In 1967 we were studying in Vidarbha Ayurved mahavidyalaya Amaravati and had to resort to strike for facilities ultimately we had knocked doors of assembly in Nagpur for the same. We experienced government and university apathy in that period also. What I feel is the way to regenarate Ayurved is to restart integrated courses of Allopathy and Ayurved which will give enough clinical infrastructure to the students, a better understanding of subject and it will also solve the problem of rural medical facilities shortage. unani is derived from Ayurved, you porki. unani is the Ayurved taken by the migrants from Aryavarta to Greek when Indians migrated to Europe thousands of year before.
