I was working in accounts for the last 3 years but during this i completed my MBA(Marketing) in correspondence. Now iwant to shift in marketing as i m not interested in accounts. So pls tell me how to proceed.
Iwas a general manger of a company for 1 year. I left the job in Jan'2010 due to the serious fund cruch the organisation which i did not know at the time of joining.Iwas not getting salary for 3 months in the organisation . I felt mentally disturbed and left the organisation with a confidence that i will a get the job shortly. Ihave 22 years job experience in marketing in a reputed IT company in India before joing this organisation. Since Ihave left the job it is very dificult to convince others about my problem in the interview board. How can I tackle this situation ? please advice.

Tell the truth if it is ? . Ask them to check , give references. Keep you body language , and voice confident, look in to the eyes of interviewer with confidence while speaking. He will come to know the facts.
