many people don't lose weight cause they are not happy mentally... or depressed.. their weight battle is in the mind first.. only after which they can stick to a plan or diet
This article doesn't looks like for India as it fails to address most of the foods eaten by we Indians. Where does it talks about mithai, parathe n all those stuff commonly seen in Indian meals...even the picture too are not of Indian food... mayonnaise, pizzas, flaxseed oil, almond oil and even pasta is not common Indian food. The article doesn't helps much.....

Don't use flax seed oil for cooking, because heating will destroy 6 omega fatty acids which are good for health. Best way to get flax oil is by eating flax seeds.
One can study very hard but still cant clear the exam, one can plan extensively but can still fail in enterprise but if one works hard on his/her fat he'll never fail.
If you exercise regularly and properly and eat right(control), fat'll disappear in no time. This hard work has 100% success rate. If people still struggle to remove excess flab, it they who are to blame.

You have to cut down calories to see the effect of your daily exercise. Daily excercise will help in burning some calories but a calorie deficit have to be created if you need to reduce weight. So eat less and work out more. Add abdomen crunches in your work out regimen to reduce your tummy. But don't forget to warm up before you do the crunches. 10 min of cycling or jogging will be fine for a warm up.
