Before you actually buy a Laptop, think seriously about its actual application/use for your self. Recently, I was travelling in Shatabdi Express, about 40 odd people were travelling with Laptops but to my surprise, one one person was actually using it, rest for watching movies or playing games. Before you buy, think - DO YOU NEED THE SAME.

If they do that, Rediff looses user mouse clicks and hence the revenue from advertisements!! Why do you think Rediff publishes so many articles in this fashion with some pictures or cartoons in each page?
