The table above for medium GI foods and high GI foods list exactly the same things. Obviously one of the two is incorrect. Will the editor please correct the table. It has rendered an otherwise useful article almost irrelevant.
I am 50 Yr old and heving diabetes from Both ancestors,I have been running 5 Kms a day and sleeping for & hrs.I eat Only chapathis and vegetables and drink green tea once in a day .I have not even developed any symptoms of Diabetes or BP.

Rahul is right , food include (see box)in medium and high Gi is same.... @Akash-u shud hav too read carefully
