It is better to sleep for 8 hours continuously than sleeping in bits and pieces. Sleep in the night hours only. Avoid sleeping in the afternoon after lunch, because you are likely to put on weight if you do so. Have light dinner by 8.30 pm and go for sleep by 10 pm. sleep continuously for 8 hrs from 10 pm onwards. you will not have any health related problems if you do so.

You are wrong about putting on weight if you sleep in the noon. It is better to sleep for at least 15 - 10 minutes in the afternoon, especially during summer.

when will you work then? sleep only at night. you will be safe and your job too.
Some doctor says 6 to 7 hours is enough for sleep if u sleep more many same problem arises as mention in u r article. what is true........................they or u............

8 hrs sleep is must. Anything beyond that may be harmfull and sleeping at day time is not advisable especially for women which may lead to health problems

Yes it is true ,But if only you are a meditator.One who meditates say for one hour in 8 hours he can slip sleep for 3 hours that means he will be energitic for the entire day for 5 hrs sleep and mainly ther should be same rythm/shedule of sleep in week days or in week ends
