sir I am MBA graduate in HR & Marketing. The more i refuse marketing job opportunities would like to seek HR job though, i dont have any experience in marketing. Tell me what is fault in my resume.
This was absolutely useless and the answers given was just generic. Just sharing the Resume Format:
Header - Name & Date Footer - Page no. and any disclaimer
Main Content- Name - Contact no.- email ID.---
Objective - One liner log term goal. it may depend on the no. of experience someone had.
Experience summary - brief summary of your past experience and the area of work you have done. Professional certifications - Mentioned all your professional certifications and trainings which you have attended. Skills and strengths - just mention the tools, applications, specific area, frameworks, best practices, technologies etc you have worked on in brief. Experience - just mentioned your company experience starting from current. Projects - just mention the key projects you have done. Qualification- mention your qualification. Trainings & events - just mention the trainings. Personal info - name address Marital status Passport no.- Permanent address-
I couldn't find anything useful in this. Everyone knows that resume should highlights the strengths. It would be useful if he shares some resume formats.. rediff should stop such useless articles/chats
