I respect Ramayana and Mahabharath. During those days theses two books played very important role in bringing the people in right direction religously as well as educationally.
You mention that Ramayana is a myth. OK let us be a little analytical in our approach to demystify the myth. Can you please tell me what all things are required to differentiate/deduce Myth from Fact.
fellow guys, Ram is just a king who lived in honour. Don't fight in the name of him disrepecting him. People here talk abt years as if they live in the same time period.

whenever people read any epic, they ignore good thing and carry with bad element, Ramayana and Mahabharata is giving lessons what is good and bad. People is not realising these facts.
