Dont change this now. 8th semester is perfect . If the college staff is equiped for the training then why not impart that training regardless of the placement happens or not ? Do not hire too much in advance.

For students to concentrate on studies & to avoid risk of not recruiting at the end ...8th Sem placement is good...
