Dear Mike, I am going to apply for tier 4 student visa and i got loan sanction letter for the same. The loan was taken by placing FD as the guarantee. The FD is in my fathers name. Is it a problem for me to obtain a visa though it is mentioned in the letter that i am the core borrower?
i completed masters from IIT,one professore suggesting me to phd in Sulatan Qaboos University, Oman and he is going give scholarship 750 Rials. Is it good country to study? please suggest me can a i accept this opportunity to do Phd in this Oman country?

Sir I am on dependent visa of my husband, he is having Tier1 Post study work visa,which is going to expire next year.Can I apply for Studies in UK so my husband can be my dependent.
UK is only after your money .You are a fool if you go to study in the UK .UK will only give you student visa .It will never give you work permit for any long period .As soon as you finish your studies ,you have to return back to India .Ask them if can get a 10 year work visa .
You can get very good education in India ,if you spend the same amount here .
PS:all these chats and articles are ads from UK universities .Notice no other country's ads appear in rediff asking you to go there for studies.
