What PROFESSIONALISM is needed?

After seeing Times Now, Aaaj Tak, Star News - Not to mention Regional Channels - i though NOT BEING A PROFESSIONAL was the main criteria of becoming a journalist.

to become jornalist in above mentioned channels you need be
1) to story writer/teller/builder
2) Speak too much and at people should not understand what you spoke
3) And one more most important skill : should have ability to repeat 1 and 2 every day.

I fully agree with the view that he knows India better than many Indians. He comes across as a very honourable gentleman who really cares for india and its people.
