Money & Divorce
by Ravindra Yadav on Jul 27, 2010 03:02 PM

No powerful man would like to remain tied to any thing.Powerful means who have accumalated money , religious, political or social power.Bondage means - Religion,Society,Marriage etc. Freedom is his goal. When it is concerned to opposite sex to get it, he can go to his last breath. To get it by paying money whatever he has in store he would spend to buy it .It is just like the story -When a saint asked Sikander- What Sikander would pay for a glass of water if he was dying of thirst.Sikander replied that he would give half of his kingdom for a glass of water. The Fakir again asked if he denied to give water for half of Sikander's kingdom.Sikander replied that then he would give full of his kingdom for a glass of water. In real life also this happened. Many rich persons lost all of his wealth at the door of a harlot and in their last days they died there to be thrown away from there by the guards of the harlots.

You say you have abused you mom-in-law; you must have said some thing really horrible for your husband to have reacted that way. But all might not have been lost; You try to personally apologise to your MIL. Also, you involve your parents in this mess. Let them personally appologise to your inlaws. Finally, if I understand law correctly and if what you are telling is true and you want to stay married to this guy, never agree for a mutual divorce. Pack your bags and shift to your husband's house. legally no one can throw you out of your marital home till divorce is final. Also, it is very difficult to get a divorce in contested divorce cases and no judge will grant your husband a divorce on a flimsy ground like you abused his mother. He has to really establish cruelty. Make him see sense; if required a lawyer/marriage councellor can talk to him.

Only and in Only such circumstances of physical abuse or infidelity, shouldyou ditch your partner with no looking back.

For all other reasons, do not forget one thing. Any religion, Any caste, any time, Marriage will happen by giving solemn promise to God. You cannot break it just like that. When both husband and wife look toward God (or the supreme creator, protector), ego problems and other hassles will vanish.

ahh....cudos on ur so called studies....u have made 105% reasons instead of 100%....and most of the reasons go around husbands and not wife....don't u think wives r not that innocent when it comes to a relationships....?? a relationship involves active participation of both the sexes to make the togetherness work....and if it dsnt....then the problem shud be shared equally by both the persons....!!
