Dr Rao is saying something very sensible. One can not change his boss, client or work environment mostly. So, rather than feeling unhappy about it, it is better to try to adjust to the work environment. Many a time, one can lessen his unhappiness by changing his outlook.

He is yet another media managed personlity, they pay the media and media creates hypes about them.... check his personal life he would be more stressed than anyone else due all heck lot of touring and campaigning he does for himsself.
