Congrats Sree! Keep it up. Education should not end in getting degrees and earning a handsome salary. Youth should emulate Sree Kumar's example to make life meaningful.

Dear Mr Kumar, Dwarka is in Gujarat and not in Maharashtra. Go to school, learn Geography and keep your mouth shut. You stink....

Sorry, just forgot to add. I am not from Gujarat neither from Maharashtra. It is evident from your post that you come from Bihar, the rouge state, where people like you are uneducated and then come over to Bangalore or go to Mumbai to drive Taxis and then dwell in a slum and shit on the road.

Dear Mr Kumar, I am not supporting any community. I feel that Maharashtrians have done our country proud. History suggests that the kingdom (read Maratha kingdom) saved the country from the Moghuls, else you would have been Kazi and not Kumar today. The Gujarathi community has done us proud by bringing in wealth to the country. India wouldn't have been what it is today without them. So has the Punjabi community. The southern states are instrumental for the advent of IT industry in India. What has Bihar done? Only sucked the central government's funds and given other prosperous states thugs, thieves, robbers and slum-dwellers. Prove me wrong here....

We should not under rate iharis. They are useful to sell milk in our cities. They also do gundaism in other cities. Sometime, drive taxis, sell pot-purries. Rest of the time they sit in line near railway line in mUMBAI.
pls don't demonize police system which is part of our sytem and helps us keep safe. In US there is respect for police or cops. Lets do it in india too.

You are right! Lance Armstrong, celebrated Olympic Gold Medalist in cycling is a survivor of Testicular Cancer. There are many instances when it is proven that cycling leads to infertility in men. It may be better to take up cycling after having 1-2 children; why risk?
Well done Shree. Wonder how many km you manage to clock on a decent day, with least inconveniences and normal stops.
Also, I know that cycling for long distance and hours can also cause friction along the inner thighs with the seat. How do you minimise this, assuming you are travelling at a decent speed.

A 100 kms a day on an average, but I am planning to reduce this over time. I don't know of any way to reduce this friction. I don't ride very fast - mostly 12-20kmph.

@Ritesh : Anywhere is a good start - you just have to make one ! Maybe you'll find its your cup of tea - but maybe not too. There's no way to say for sure without trying...
No mud guards , i hope he does not drive off from office corridors to the pit lanes. Whar are his chances of reaching office on time , everyday without a sweat stained shirt:

@bhaskar: Riding slow is the surest way of avoiding sweat. Changing tees is the other way. Combine both for maximum safety and enjoyment :-)
