Have heavy B.F. Have lunch 50% of B.F. Have Dinner 50% of Lunch. Have water when you feel hungry in between above schedule. Do Yoga/Pranayama/Jogging/Cycling/Swimming for at leat 45 min...as first 30 min body looses water in form of sweat ..real fat burning starts only from 31st minute. Those married should play(?) at night regularly.
All above measures will reduce your weight and you and your partner will start enjoying night games.
Household work is good but is not a cardio exercise. So though you might feel tired, you might not have burnt a lot of calories. The action has to be repetitive and rhythmic.

Dear Kalpna, Just teaching will not help..as very one ware of all those thing...But how many guys follow it ? As every one knows we should be honest for our coutry tell me frankly how many are honest for our country? So just giving lesson will not help there shd be some motivation factor for everything
