she wrote jassi and now stepmom???? how can she write what is already written and is huge hit abroad? these are the kind of half baked so called writers that India produces. Not even a single original thought. (except for saas bahu, balika vadhu etc etc types)
People in commercial fields don't do research. They just give what public wants. Just because you don't want to do that blaming the public is not correct. Do what you want to and let people see what they like! Creativity is creating what people like or else you have to create people who like what you create.
TV is a wonderful medium to reach millions of audience and it is unfortunate that this medium is not utilized to give people some positive thinking apart from good an clean entertainment....by churning out never ending and meaning less soap operas !

People don't want education all the time. They get to TV for entertainment. Best entertainment is seeing others cry and finding solace in it for own problems.
