Mostly tension and inexperience are the causes of it. In my case, with my wife I have no problems lasting longer. With my maid, the anxiety used to cause me to cum early. I overcame this by planning for this when there was no risk of being caught, as well relieving myself before. Now, I enjoy quickies with my maid in the kitchen and have no problems...
I feel Baba Ramdev can come with positive suggestion,but since he is Bramchari,Baba Nityanand can be of much help..........Personally practising Yoga I feel Kapalbharti can be very usefull and enjoyable.My friends who do yoga expercises can understand and will practise from today itself..In Kapabharti you inhale naturally and exale with comand portion come out and go inside to give perfect system of penetration.It will be different kind of pleasure for opposite partner...Try and come out with experience.
