There is no dearth of mental abilities, Education,Culture,Heritage,Religous tolerance, Courteousness & all the good virtues expected of a civilised race. The only thing we lack as a nation is civic sense in general. If we can conquer that we will be no less than any developed nation and no one will look down upon us.
