Something which are never taught in any B School!!!

Why corruption breeds in private cos and we blame Govt organization only ?
Talents have the shortest career in an organization. ( 3 mths to 2 yrs)
Mediocre have the average career life in an organization . ( 2 yrs to 6 yrs)
Duffers enjoy the longest career life in an organization. ( 6 yrs till he retires from service)
What is the percentage of total middle management cadre employee deserve the hierarchical slot in a private organization ?
Why low rank officials in private organizations are only doctored the speech of team work, dedication, loyality, professionalism, commitment , leadership and hard work ?
Why promoters don`t take a notice of middle managerial people`s incompetency ?
Why corruption is rampant in private cos and perhaps more than in Govt Organizations ?
Why private cos managers lack leadership and commitment and expect their juniors to only pitch extra hard ?
Why corrupt and lazy persons thrive in Private cos ?
Why private cos management don`t like people with high degree of honesty and integrity as their employee ?
Why corruption breeds in private cos and we blame Govt organization only ?
Why buttering only helps in reaching up the ladder of success in any organization ?
If directors/chairman are visionary then why they fail to find right business model and on failing takes the route of layoffs especially lower rank officials ?
Why CEOs/V.Ps/GMs are not questioned about their role in making the company fail ?

I Tratment of Employees:- It will change company to company and is more dependent on culture laid by the first management team, can not be genaralise
II Scams like Satyam or any other small or medium size company are from promoter group in about 98% cases, which is because of tendancy to think that I dont want to share profit with other's as they havent felt the pain to start the firm and in small size companies it is incompetant management practices and an effort to avoide taxes lead this kind of situation.
III If one is able to make himself confirtable in everybodies shoe he is living with, he can only blame entire industry for few nonsens

Many successful organizations across the world have home grown CEOs. Some B-school grads have a buccaneering trait who stay with a Co for 6 months to 3 years. You don't hear about them when they are in their 40s

Lessons to be learned
by jacksparrow on Jan 29, 2010 10:16 AM

The real CEO lesson should be started with
1.First the end user of that service
2.The local competitor of that service provider,
3.Group of unsatisfied consumer of that service user,
4.Employers expelled from the company for many reasons ,
These are the persons to be interacted for getting a correct image about a service provider .Discussion with the CEO of that service provider is the last point. The first discussion with CEO of that service providers will not create a CEO it will only create a buffon who will try to impress the CEOs and get job straight away with their contacts ..
