Well as far as the job world is concerned the woman destroys the man in the office and there are more IT jobs taken by woman than men most of the multinationals have woman as the boss I have seen poor leadership skills from woman. They do nt fight for the right cause.

Absolutely, their weekest point they panic when in crisis and ability to make right decisions swiftly
Shakti in India and Yin in China is the definately the balancing force of Shiva or Yang. This universe is the dynamic interplay between the two. But sadly western philosophy and religion has left this world greately imbalanced towards yang. Male properties of aggression, dynamism are revered and female properties like sacrifice, yeilding etc are ridiculed. This led to downfall of female to second position and cause great imbalance. We ae experiancing effects of this imbalance which have been imposed on us by foriegn rule and influence for last 1000 years.
