OK fine we are talking about growth, but I hav seen women working in hospital front desks suring evening, night
and even during weekends. I don’t know how they r taking care of their family, husband and kids. Does it affect their family life is a question remains to be answered, is it or not ?

Front Office forms the part of operations departments, and all departments coming under operations work round the clock, that doesnt mean that the same person will be working 24X7, there are shifts. Regarding offs, lets look at this way, if someone is working on weekends, then he/she will be getting off on weekdays, so they can finish their regular work on weekdays. Life doesnt get effected due to any job, unless you are unable to bear the pressure.

i also add to Gaurav that it is individuals perception to manage office and home... work can never influence family if we can keep both at different bay...
