Just send a e-mail to Nodal Officer. You will get the e-mail address and mobile no. of the Nodal Officer in the Website of the Service Provider. Also you should not forget to send a copy of your e-mail to TRAI AND DOT.

MOBILE WOES
by Anand sodo on Jan 08, 2010 11:30 PM  | Hide replies

is there any use of mailing our mobile woes on this platform? - Rediff itself has started this feature because it knows about this FRAUD, The Government too VERY WELL knows about this FRAUD the TRAI also very well knows about this FRAUD - BUT - So long as it is the ommon man who is getting CONNED - who in the HELL(INDIA)cares!!!!!!this is the attittude!!!!
Does even a single humanbeing in this country not know that this FRAUD can be stopped within a SECOND if the Government really wants to!! - BUT then why should the Government of India make the life of its citizens 'LIVEABLE'? - (the CONGRESS/UPA govt or the BJP/NDA....or even the others)

The Anil Ambani Reliance group is in competition with Mukesh Ambani group to overtake it as the biggest wealth creator. And the best way they have found is through defrauding the public, knowing fully well that we in India have a Government in name only with no rederessal system in place. This is one industrial group devoid of all ethics.

This also happened with me.Even after communication with their all the heads i/c nodal officer & confirmation that the money had been deducted without any of user fault, they expressed their unability to refund the money on the plea that it has been done by the System (Comp). Then i realised that once money gone towards RELIANCE then it is nearly impossible to get the refunded.

This is a big racket

This happened with me also. Vodafone activated some caller tune for 30 days without my knowledge and deducted Rs 30 from my account. Later when I complained, they said I have activated it and then deactivated. Now the same is happening with my daughter's mobile.

Airtel did exactly the same with me. I threatened to go to consumer court and then they refunded my money back..

recently - a consumer court ruled that these companies cannot charge consumers for any service that the consumer has not requested.

In case of Post paid they take security more than your monthly usage so even if u not paying the bill they r not going to loose.

by the way not good option...

reason,

getting a pre-paid is like throwing a stone in a ditch & getting urself dirty (may be little bit)

but going for post paid is like jumping into the ditch.

I experienced the same problem with Vodafone and the customer service said it was done by me and not by them. Mine is a postpaid connection, so I took all the detailed bills to them asked them to show me the call / sms with which I activated it. They were not able to show any such calls / sms. I asked them to return all the money they billed (with Tax) and permanently disable the caller tunes.

STRICTNESS

These telecom giants are playing with us. There are many cases of frauds by them. There must be separate court for hearing the grievances of the customers and these companies must pay heavy penalty for any fraud to customer.

Mobile Woes

The absurdity is that The Monile operators have their Sales Talks. They don't mind about our Office Time, whether we are in a meeting or busy with our Computor Work, their call will come & we will pick up the same so that miss any important call, bu it will be their unwanted Sales Call.

The worst is, it will ask a man of 60s, do u fall love with a girl?... call in this immediately in this number...

An SMS "match your name with your loved ones" just SMS 'love' to this number...

Who wants this? when these things will stop? Are they senseless?

Airtel charge you for services u never used
by thakur rawat on Jan 08, 2010 10:53 PM

Airtel billing is very efficient. They will charge you even for the services you never used. When you complain to them they will simply rollback it. But never leave a chance to bill u for services u never used.If ycu closly monitor your airtel bills you will see many extra charges there.I have faced this many times .So if you are airtel customer please check your bills closely.
