Online you can only initiate the request, after that it is all the usual stuff, of talking to a Chartered Accountant, and arranging bribes for govt. clerks before a company can be formed.

Registrar of Companies is one of the most corrupt departments.

I think I would agree with you,,its not hard to form a compnay but get it registered....These guys are like leeches,always hungry for the blood....

minimum paid up capital is 1 lacs for pvt ltd & Rs. 5 lacs for pub ltd

Its good to see such stuff rather then SRK related sh*t.

But to make it clear its just ABC of the start ups that any tom dick from commerce back ground can recite. There's so many things to be covered be4 we head ahead with venture.
