Why NRIs & USA..........This is Why.......
by Leader on Feb 17, 2010 01:28 AM

For the same reason that......

1. Slumdog Millionaire won the oscars, coz it was made by a White

2. Rahman won the oscars/ Golden globe/ Grammy etc, coz it was for a White film. Dil se is million times better....then why did it win any awards??

Similarly.......

Intel is US based & Infosys is India based......

Intel which is American/White is giving awards to Indian Kids......Where as Infosys which is Indian is giving awards to Prime Minister's daughter.

Now you know Why!!!

These kids without any doubt are smart then most of us.Congratulation to them and there parents. But I would like to give a message to there kids .Never forget that India is your motherland. The core of your existence is from India. No wonder you got the best opportunity because of a very good education system and would feel loyal to them. But remember there is some one in India who is as good as you or may be better but he is not privilege like you.So when you grow up and became successful do something for your motherland .Think it as ur responsibility towards your people. That is when we would really feel proud of you and you would actually be known for being an Indian.Best of luck and god bliss you .

I share Nihal's opinion and advice to these wonder-kids. I am sure these kids will grow up and we all can be proud of them. I earnestly hope they will always remember their motherland and keep in mind that there are many as intelligent as they are in India but due to the dearth of opportunity they are not able to reveal their talent fully. My heart-felt congratulations to these shining stars and bless them that they grow up as nice human beings. Thanks to Nihal Sheikh for giving a nice piece of advice to these kids.

Taxpayers money goes useless politicians pockets, baboos, lazy people and who produces more than five to ten kids. Finally vote bank politics, really i hate this useless sentimental fools word and world and it is total shit

Is rediff Canvassing for the US...

I am sure there are equally good scientists in India if not better......

Even in modern times we are able to produce Scientific & engineering achievements like AGNI, PSLV, Chandrayan... etc etc...

We may lack in many things, but we have not died out.. There is scientific talent in India, No doubt about this .

The kids which the author has written about are americans and will never come to india.

I think It is high time that we recognize talents in india & for india.
Santosh

Wonderful !

But would it not be better for rediff to highlight the work of Indian scientists who have managed to contribute something in spite of staying in India ??

from where did chandrayan, Agni, PSLV come..... From where did the LCA come, LCA does not have complete foreign components, It also has Indian components in it.

Or why have the Russians agreed to co-design 5th generation fighter with us..

Yes I agree there are failures, but there are also successes which you dont want to see..
