Do not start mooning.Nothing can be done in Mumbai.Take a day off, roam the lanes and byelanes of Mumbai,a see it for yourself the depth of corruption on the roads.Neither the rulers nor the ruled has any inclination to make this city a better one.I would not say Throw them out, but I would say Hang them in the middle of the road.How many lives have been lost die to the corruption on roads?How many billions have been gone to Kaki pockets, insted of Govt.Coffers?They turn blind eye to a jihadi with a live bomb, if the palms of these officers are greased well.Only God vcan save this city.You start mooning , I will start regretting to be aprt of this city.

This is soooo true.I cannot agree more.This whole country has become a rogue state.Only corrupt,dishonest animals can survive - honesty,discipline will only make a person suffer.Things will never improve , the entire system is BIG CRAP and it will move from bad to worse.We Indians are to be blamed only.Its our attitude,selfishness,indisciplined,laid back attitude have become a huge mountain which needs to be destroyed.Regret being a part of this wonderful country which has downgraded to..........
Drunken driving no doubt has to be put down with a heavy hand. But who will implement the punishments suggested? Our cops? I am a tee totaler. 3 months back while coming our of a hotel where there is a bar also, I was checked by the cops. They took me to the local Govt Hospital where the duty doctor asked me to sign a form. I did so. She wrote down that I was normal - but there was a smell of alcohol. The next thing I knew was that my car was seized along with my papers and I was asked to sign a bond. Now I have received a notice from the cops asking me to present myself before the local Court and pay a fine of Rs 3000. The offence: Driving after imbibing liquor and driving in a manner that can cause injury to the general public. The point here is that existing laws are enough for all these offences. What is needed is a different agency to take care of this. Our notorious cops will just get another handle to rip us off if they are given more of such powers.

you are absolutely right my suggestion is if the cop is found guility of such acts than he should be fined for 50000 rs and his further promotions should be stopped for whole service and even president of india should not have the power to forgive him

This will be misused again.And honest cops will be perished.India has become a land of corruption,dishonesty.Only GOD can help this country.Please GOD come in the form of terrorists and kill all the MPs and MLAs across all parties of this esteemed country.That will be a good beginning I guess.
