Yet another menace is children driving without license. Here the culprit is parents./ Also you can father keeping child on lap and driving. They tamper the silencer and drive at break neck speed
We should regular raid in front of schools /colleges, check license and confiscate the bike.

I also use to take my car for drinks to the restaurant earlier but after the case of Nooriya Haveliwala I hve decided to take a cab and go restaurants or pubs. I hope everybody will learn a lesson from Nooriya's case of drunken driving.

it is stricter laws that are required!!!!
by ravi krishnan on Feb 02, 2010 12:58 PM  | Hide replies

Fear of the establishement is the ONLY solution....why is it that when outside India, all these richie riches behave themselves? It's because of the strict laws and FEAR of punishment....HAVE QUICK PUNISHMENTS, HUGE MONETARY FINES BESIDES A MANDATORY PRISON TERM FOR 6 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS....THIS WILL DO THE TRICK...cancelling a drivers licence will be of no effect as in our country one can BUY a licence for a few thousand bucks

so mr ravi krishnan..r u upset that they drink and drive or r u upset that they are rich.. the very fact that u have used the term "richie riches" reeks of jelously.. i wonder what would have the media's/ the public's reaction be ..if the person who commited the crime would have been XYZ tempowala.. and not a person who banged a Honda CRV
