Yoga to tone your legs and calm your mind

Yoga is good but Walking is even Better

While we all know the benifits of Yoga,it will be difficult to do many Asanas,especially Padahastasana,in the beginning because the body is not supple and flexible.My advice to all is to start Walking for half an hour everyday in the morning or evening and you will observe the benifits.Get more information on Walking on the Internet.Combining Walking with Yoga and a good diet will be even better.

The whole pictures are for one asana i.e. bending completely till touching hands either feet or ground and standing up.

If you want for balancing, do it slowly - yoga
If you do it faster, it is - aerobics
