What i tried was Kick boxing 4 days a week 2 hours . Lot of lime juice ,Only fruits for dinner for 6 month. With absolutlty enjoying one weekend night with wat all i want (booze, tandoori chicken n all) . I lost 20KG . More over i have much better flexibilty & satima that i didn't even had when i was 18. Just a suggestion You can try.
