now a days everything has become a business.., so weight loss programmes too are exploited, we must not get panicked and blackmailed by gym instructors or dieticians who almost make us feel like a useless vegetable..,dnt exhaust ur body, refresh ur soul..eat well..drink well..and above all DON'T TAKE TENSION.. u vl automatically glow..and look slim and healthy.. more thn buring urself in gym 1 must do housecore jobs,and guys must skip their bikes and smoking habbits..

Agreed. Healthy eating is a must. Gym should never be the main focus but it should be a supplement. Everyday work , brisk walking, light jogging coupled with exercises using body weight are enought.
