Finally they say all vegetables and fruits. Then what is the real advise?? Just think of price rises of essential commodities, your body becomes real hot.

everything within limits are always good in life. Dont go by these articles. Today they will say honey is good, next winter they will say avoid honey. Just think of petrol and oil mixture for two stroke engine and follow the same in your diet. Always sit on the floor and eat when consumption will be less and stomach will feel full. Incase of indigestion, sit in Vajra Asana posture for ten minutes and you will feel hungry.
Follow the very wise saying - KNOW YOUR LIMIT THEN GO BEYOND IT.
Have a nice season without any trouble.

but the funniest part is the stupid moderator has enjoyed their writing and has flashed. But he was very cautious to delete my frank views on few major topics.
Either the moderator is drunk or sadist luster.
