The more female in the office... the more politics and gossip goes higher... ultimately the environment becomes toxic... It is very difficult to work under such environment

Ultimately, it just boils down to 1 thing that is how is ur relationship with ur boss... if u have good relations then everythg is ok and females are very good at that !
