These Indian companies get Chinese manufacturers to make good looking designs, but forget that functionality and service are important aspects to any product too.
I had a horrifying experience after buying an Olive "Smart" (apparently) phone and was shocked that they blatantly dare to go back on their '100-day' replacement guarantee.
Their few service centres are located in the shadiest of places in town - and most of their personnel cannot even spell "Service".

thanks for your reviews i was about to purchase olive pad, instead i shall go for ipad, can you tell how many hours battery life do you get in olive pad for continous usage ?

I bought Olive Pad. It is working great. No problem. Support staff is very good. If you write mail then they will them self call you & try to solve your problem.

I don know abt service, but prodcut is good. I think for the price its an OK product. Battery last for 5 hrs, regular video approx, but I charge it 2-3 days once, as I dont use extensivly. I feel its not a bad prodcut.

Moreover, Dell is cheating by supplying Ubuntu in place of Windows 7. Dell is charging for Windows 7 but supplying with Ubunto which is available for free. Be catious while ordering online to Dell. Specification provided online does not matches with the goods supplied. Dell supplies inferior congiration systems.

Probablu u r an Dell employee... I bought Dell XPS 16, it gave me so many problems.. sudden crash.. heat problems.. Hard disk crash.. I am thinking I did a big mistake by seeing the exterior design... Think 1000 times before buying Dell Laptops especially XPS....

I am using Dell and suffering... I am regreting. Hp-Compaq offers better quality, and doesn't cheat like Dell by promising a lot and supplying nothing.Dell is supplying with Ubunto and charging for WIndows 7.

you might have opted for withotu Os hence dell supplied with Ubuntu and they do not charge for ubuntu

Dell servic is number one in the world! no one can match their support part. I do not think they supply false materials, what ever you order it is been delivered without any discrepancies.

Dell ser5vice is worst, pathetic and very sluggish. I have ordered a specification and paid the amount online... then chase up for 2 months to get the delivery. After opening the box, I found more surprises are waiting like, Windows is missing with all its application packs (like McAfee, Roxio etc), Web cam is missing, No mouse.. etc. Now I am chasing Dell Service to get the balance items, and its been more than 6 weeks..!!! It is good lesson for me to Order online to Dell
