my college has been indulging in the practice of taking more fees than that was fixed at the time of admission.i hv written to the university and even to the ministry of higher education also,but to no avail.
Is anyone looking into the rampant corruption and loot being undertaken by various Industries by the mode of putting up B-Schools.
There are many Institutes who charge Rs.1750-Rs.2500 for mere prospectus without conducting any tests on any centre. They simply say to provide the scores of CAT/MAT or ilk . Group Discussion and Interviews are mere eyewash. Consequently, their product i.e Grads is an eyesore problems. If MBA is so important then why Industrialists themselves do not fund or finance the fees of their employees pursuing MBA course. It is a mean adopted to fleece money from fool candidates and make hay while sun shines. Just see the quality of MBA grads who are being churned out in big numbers year after year from mushrooming Institutes. The capital required for putting Institutes is also very less and no big infrastructure required. One can operate from a 3 storey building and get all recognition and certification to set up B-Schools. Even big names have very poor infrastructure,but they charge heftely and handsomely without any assurance of ROI to grads. First of all, can there be anything which is Industry relevant tought to these grads. It is just a money spinning machines. So India Inc , go on with your objective of fooling public at large and make good margin through this route and also hire foolishly learned MBAs. There is absolutely no need to study MBAs, if Industrialists are so keen they should train their employees on Management subjects themesel
