Like dating your boss , sleeping with him , trying to emotional blackmail him to move up the corporate ladder else if nothing works file a sxual harrasment case against him.

OK, let us assume all women have soft skills that you mention, what about the boss who gets impressed by all those skills; do you mean to say all men are easy prey! really Pranab!

As per my view, the best way to get up in the corporate ladder is doing your work most effectively. At the same time, you must have a well repo with your boss and a sound networking with all keyman of your industry...all the best.
