Why should one control masturba*tion? Enjoy it man. However, if someone feels guilt or anything like that, I suggest to be in touch with a woman who is willing to be your partner in sexual intercourse because se*x between man and woman is more natural and it will help to remove thousands of kinds of wrongs imaginations and believes about sex from an immature mind. Mastur*bating once or twice a day will not harm our body but will in fact help us to relax.
However, in excess, even elixir is poisonous. During my prime time, I had mastur*bated 15 times a day, may be a record kind of thing and therefore, my name may please be considered for Guinness Record! Now at the age of 40, I will never try that and from my experience I would like to tell one thing that is excess mastur*bation will certainly create problem on our body and a person may face heart and respiratory related problems and can weaken one’s veins. When mastur*bating the fourth-fifth time onwards, a lot of effort had to be made on the whole body and at times I had to stop respiration for long to finally eja*culate. Initially I had no problem at all but gradually I started experiencing acute bronchitis and though, I had not discussed this with doctor whenever I consulted for treatment, my own detailed study on this proved it.

Again, I am married and 40 years old now, I am leading a very healthy sex life.
Therefore, I once again suggest who prefer mastur*bation over sex*ual inter*course, reduce it to at least once in a day or if not at all tried, don’t feel guilt, meet a woman who is willing to be a partner so as to make your thinking process and imagination normal and healthy.
Seems like Rediff lost one of it's balancing nuts! why else would they keep me bumming against this idiotic doc living with his only reason of existence - selling his stupid book on sex! What's wrong in repeating a question? Can't he simply ignore it if once answered?

Dear Mr. Suresh:
Sex Is Not A Four-Letter Word is a low cost (Rs. 120/- to Rs. 150/-) paperback published especially so as to keep it within easy reach of the student and young adult population. Dr. Sudhakar Krishnamurti, its author, has not written this book to make money and, in fact, does not make much money from its sales, or need the income it brings him. The book has been written with a view to bring sexual health education within the easy reach of the population, and has, in fact, been nominated for the SSTAR Award, USA, 2010: the highest international award for a book on sexual health education for the general public. The reason why reference to this book is made in the answers in Dr. Sudhakar Krishnamurti's column is that columns allow for only a few words by way of reply, but many readers would like more information on the topic. Sex Is Not A Four-Letter Word contains a lot of this for a small cost. Likewise, Rediff is a multi hundred million dollar company, and it would be quite inaccurate to state that it is promoting this book with a profit motive.
Sincerely,

The continued posting of sex related topics cements the readers suspicion that Rediff is staffed by crazed, sex starved, oogling school dropouts. What else could explain the posting of such topics in HEADLINES? I wonder if this gives ball ridden Rediff additional eyeballs !
