thats the kind of statistics pulled out of the ass. they are finding out after decades of reasearch that the modern footwear science is bogus, and all those espensive shoes cause more damage than good for athletes. those african runners suffer no twisted ankles, but those wearing adidas/ reebok/ nike etc, and which costs an arm and leg are suffering badly.
