Try to avoid it as much as possible. If you absolutely must, then go for a more expensive one,don't touch the mouth or genitals. Use a good quality condom, and be aware that you are taking a risk. Unfortunately in our repressed society, the only alternative to that is getting married, and then there is still the risk of landing up with a frigid woman.

My advice is, try to be normal and does not have intercourse with an anxiety. If possible do some breathing technics like pranayam. Hope for the best. Try to enjoy you sexual life and donot think this as your part of married life. anything looked at the face value will tend to slow down.

use xylocaine - apply on the glans of the penis 20 min before intercourse. this reduces the skin sensitivity considerably so that you can last longer inside your partner.
