I think it is very relevant. From the time I became concious of it, I cannot leave home without deoderant. I dont sweat or smell any more than normal. I started using it once I came across someone whose smell will declare his visit even an hour after he left the room.
even body odor is toleratable but not farting... northies are like putting too much scent, deos, then their diet is full of aloos, panners, channas, rajmas, etc, also global warming must be avoided.

Having too much spicy food or some drink like FENI can be a reason for body odor. Sunny, this article cannot check online exactly why you are stinking. Hence they are telling you various remedies which can possibly reduce the stink you are causing.
Most of us have dirty, devilish and destructive mindset.Hence keep the mind clean and the body would become cleaner, that is no odour,no bad smell, only fragrance.

a good diet, clean habits and calm mind will always keep all diseases away from the body. Its natural to sweat and the body has to sweat to remove excess heat. Drink lot of water to avoid extra prespiration. Have your armpits shaved regularly, particularly in Summer. Also change your cloths daily or atleast hang it in open air reversed after reaching home before using again. Sprinkle little talcum powder inside the armpit to avoid excess perspiration. These are very simple things which anyone can follow without difficulties and there is no expenses involved.

Bala, Drinking lot of water will help you from de-hyration, but not from sweating. Sweating is body mechanism for maintaining body temperature.

Even if you get married to another family, I am sure, you will not forget your family?
Definitely North Indians too like Curds =- ofcourse they enjoy with sugar and majority south enjoy it with salt which is better for health.
Body odour is a major concern in the summer season. It affects both men and women to almost the same extent. We are concerned about our smell because people judge how we take care of ourselves by our smell and use this information to decide whether we are worthy of associating with. So in order to be socially active, keep yourself free of body odour. Smell fresh!
