First Sania and now Shameem!!. Common Media, stop hyping muslim ladies. Ofcourse she is teaching yoga, it dooes nt mean yoga is everything. The first step where she is laying is not at all advisable to pregnant women.. I wonder how come you post such cheap overhype article!!!.
She is a muslim yet teaching yoga. Thats great. I admire her big hearted. Yoga is a very beneficial. but it has to be combinied with self awareness practice. Meditation. Otherwise its just physical exercise. Chinees are so strong. thats why they build china with jet speed. we are very lezy. we need to break that habit. yoga is best way to do it. we need to exert ourselve. otherwise we will never experience true inner happiness. It takes years of hard work and practice of yoga. then you start enjoying it slowly.

Even though I am not a yoga guru but I guess even a layman can tell tht the position shown in 'Visualisation' is not advisable for a pregnant women. It can have adverse effect on the child.
I think one should consult an experienced yoga guru or doctor before following the described steps.
Rediff should not encourage such stupid articles which can affect adversely on the pregnant ladies.
