Hindi is just one of the national language, Like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or malayalam. soon hindi can never even stand as a language also.. It is many people's imagination that in india most people see only hindi movies that is wrong. Foreigners also see Tamil and telugu movies, biased media mainly run by north indians wont bring the right news. They are afraid that bollywood cannot stand for the south competition. Vidya Balan is Keralite, I guess....Amrita Rao, Sameera Reddy, Shilpa Shetty, Aishwarya Rai, Asin all are from South.....while Tamil/ Telegu movies are full with North-Indian actresses..... Music and dance are universal.....Bollywood is very open to take AR Rehman's tune.... In your eyes, North India is 24 states except the Southern 4.....The North Indians dominate Hindi channels because South Indians do not speak Hindi properly... Once Bengali cinema of Satyajit Ray and Bengal influenced films of Bimal Roy and Guru Dutt represented India.....Because those were the bests in those time...
